get a CHI its the shyyttDoes the Remington Wet 2 Straight Flat Iron work?
I should be able to help because I own that straightener and I have thick and wavy hair.
1) It is pretty much like using a straightener on wet hair, it dries it, but it takes a long time
2)It straightens wavy and thick hair when its dry
3)It gets really hot, and then you straightens it, it takes a long time to get it really dry, and it sometimes burns your head.
4)It takes a longer time to straighten it when its wet, but normal time to straighten it when it's dry.
5) Works good on dry hair, not too good on wet hair, it takes long when using it on wet hair, and sometimes burns your head(not seriously burns it, just makes it hurt for a couple seconds)
ok im going to be very honest as i used to own a pair
well their ok but i also have very thick wavey hair and it takes ages to straighten(about an hour) and it only stays stright for about 2-3 hours and it does not work at all if you strighten it from wet i will tell you a secret buy GHD's they are the BEST ive has a pair for two years and have never been disappointed or if you think they are too expensive but her syler ones they usually sell for about 拢100 as well but if you buy them from amazon there only about 拢40!! hope this helps let me know what you decide!! x
I've never used the Remington Wet 2 Straight, but in my personal experience with wet to straight irons even if they are professional is that they will burn your hair. Hair is very fragile while wet especially if you have curly hair. I would just purchase a normal flat iron and use it on air-dryed hair to minimize the damage of blow drying the hair.
1-yes, because ive had one, but you need to turn it up to setting 30.
2-yeahhh lol. to me the best combo though to make ur hair thinner would be make ir shoulder length, and cut layers into it. You should use ';hello hydration'; shampoo from herbal essences and pantene brunette expressions conditioner. those two made my hair light and soft for straightening.
3-Not sure...you just need to do #2, then pin it up in layers and straighten it using setting 30, no matter what the manual says.
4- Uhhh it depends what shampoo i've used. If my hair is dry and heavy without using the correct shampoo/conditioner combo, it takes longer. Usually 20-45 minutes.
5-yea it works.
Yes it straightens dry hair too, it does straighten extremely thick wavy hair - but it takes quite a long time so if you're thinking of doing it before school. Don't. However, it does work, very well. You just need to have patience, cause it takes a while to get dead straight.
my friend has it and it takes her forever, and it always leaves it frizzy, but that may just be her hair ,her hair is really curly and thick
