Yes you can as soon as it dries, I thought that it would cause damage, but my mom has been coloring her hair for years and she said you could.
I'm not exactly sure but I would say soon . When my friend gets her hair dyed they might even straighten it after that but I am not exactly sure . Make sure you have a heat protecter tho .
