How often can I flat iron my hair?

I used to straighten my hair everyday for about two years but not much anymore. Very rarely. How often can one flat iron their hair w/o causing too much damage? (at the most, i'll straighten my hair maybe twice a week - with heat protectant spray of course!!)How often can I flat iron my hair?

You should be fine then...just make sure your hair is completely dry before straightening.
