I've been using a flat iron for ages now. If the iron is brand new, there might be special instruction on how it needs to heat up for the first time. Make sure to read and make sure.





Usually, the iron heats up in 5-12 minutes. Depending on how thick your hair is, you might want to find your own method of dividing up your hair.





I used to have really long hair(now short), and I'd start with the bottom layer of my hair. I'd section off the rest of it with a clip or rubberband, and then take small sections of my hair and iron them. You want to make sure to take your time with it!





Another good recomendation would be to use shiners put out by various hair product lines. It helps to keep the hair smooth.

lay ur head on an iorning board...spred ur hair out...have ur friend iorn it
do the bottom half first and tie up the top half.... but of course blow dry it first....
Just plug it up, and let it heat up, divide your hair into sections, then straighten the sections. Try not to burn yourself.
u should really get a wet-to-dry straightener, they work really good..( this is if u get wet-to-dry..other wise blow dry first)


1.) first, when i get out of the shower, let ur hair air dry for a couple if minutes so it not dripping


2.) brush ur hair


3.) take a pony tail, and put up the top half of ur hair


( if u have alot of layers u might have to divide ur hair more than once)


4.) brush the bottom half after u divide it ( so there isnt knots)


5.) striaghten the bottom


6.) take the top half of ur hair down


7.) brush every thing


8.) srtaighten top half


9.) straighten ur bangs accordingly ( how u want them)
