Well the less you use heat on your hair the better. I have chemically treated hair (5 times over going from blonde to black and back to blonde) and amazingly my hair doesn't have splits and frizziness and i flat iron my hair everyday.





Its mostly in the hair care products you use agaisnt heat. When my hair is damp i use Cat Walk's spray in conditioner (spray generously) its about 9 dollars and it lasts a while. Then i use another tigi hair care product called Heat Defender by S-Factor that's a little on the pricey side about 25 dollars but it lasts for months and its keeps any type of hair well protected from heat. Remeber to deep condition twice a week, and im sure your hair will stay looking gorgeous.
i straighten my hair everyday, but i also dont use very high heat and i use conditioner





my hair doesnt frizz or get split end from this, in fact i straighten my hair so it doesnt get frizzy
